How It Started
Avian BPO & IT was established in 2022 in Dhaka, Bangladesh with a straightforward goal: to connect international companies with world-class software engineering and business process outsourcing talent from Bangladesh.
Bangladesh is home to one of the fastest-growing IT sectors in South Asia, with tens of thousands of computer science and IT graduates entering the workforce annually. The government has designated IT as a priority sector, offering tax incentives for software and ITES companies through June 2034 under the Income Tax Act, and investing in Hi-Tech Parks across the country.
As a proud member of BASIS (Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services), we operate with the standards and transparency that international clients expect.
